Ms. Melaney Brundidge

Executive Director

Oversees agent management and plays a key role in IEG’s recruitment process. She leads candidate interviews and final interviews, helping identify individuals who align with the organization’s values and growth opportunities. She also coordinates and guides team members, supporting daily operations and helping ensure the team stays aligned, organized, and focused on developing successful agents.

Ms. Cherrelyn Dalo

Lead Recruiter & Executive Assistant

Coordinates recruiting and candidate screening, manages interview scheduling, handles designated policyholder tasks, and supports training in job board management and recruiting operations.

Ms. Hart Fuentes

Assistant Recruiter & Social Media Manager

Supports recruiting operations through candidate follow-ups, interview coordination, and job board management while overseeing social media content, engagement, and recruiting promotions to attract qualified candidates.

Ms. Pauline Castro

Retention & Tech Specialist

Supports policy owner's retention through consistent follow-ups, engagement, and development assistance while managing technical systems, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the tools and processes that keep IEG’s operations running smoothly.
